Objectives

The Oman Cardiology Society aims to achieve a set of scientific and professional goals that contribute to the development of the specialty of cardiology and the improvement of health services in the Sultanate of Oman. These include:

1. Advancing the profession of cardiology And developing the performance of doctors and workers in this field, in order to achieve the highest possible level of health care provided to patients with various heart diseases.
2. Supporting and sponsoring scientific studies and research which keeps pace with modern global developments in cardiology and all its branches and sub-specialties.
3. Enhancing cooperation in the field of scientific research With local, regional and international universities and scientific and research institutions.
4. Organizing and holding seminars, conferences and scientific meetings that contribute to raising the efficiency of medical cadres and developing professional practice in Oman.
5. Issuing scientific journals, educational bulletins and specialized publications related to cardiology, contributing to the dissemination of medical knowledge and health awareness.
